1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to fees and charges collected through the RAWM (Rhythm Academy of Western Music) platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.
• Refunds are considered only in cases of duplicate payment, technical/payment gateway error, or a service not rendered.
• Course or admission fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced or admission has been confirmed, unless required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, examination fees, and admit card charges are non-refundable once processed.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact your RAWM center administrator with your payment reference and reason for the refund request. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes to This Policy

RAWM may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will apply to payments made after the change takes effect.
